Details Required for Abstract Submission:

Application and Writing Rules:

Full papers can be in English or Turkish.

You can participate in the symposium with an abstract or a full-text paper.

Presentations can be made as oral presentations. However, the Scientific Committee may change the form of presentation according to the scientific program and the content of the paper. Studies that are not presented will not be included in the congress abstract booklet.

In the symposium, 20 minutes will be allocated for the presentation of each oral presentation and 4-5 minutes may include a question and answer session.
Formal qualifications required for full-texts or abstracts:
Full-text submissions (including title, abstract, text, references and appendices) should not exceed 8000 words and abstracts should not exceed 300 words,
When applying with an abstract only, the abstract should be 200 - 750 words,
Abstract, including title, author names and affiliated institutions,
Avoid using abbreviations in the title,
Submissions must be in MS Word (.doc or .docx) format,
The abstract should contain at least 3 and at most 5 keywords that do not appear in the title,
Problem statement and/or clear research questions,
Contain a conceptual framework,
Including analytical methods, techniques or forms of inquiry,
Including conclusions and findings,
1.5 line spacing and minimum 12-point font,
Preparation in standard A4 size,
Page margins should be aligned at 2.5 cm on the top, bottom, right and left sides,
Adoption of APA-6 style in formal qualities including citation of references, bibliography, figures and tables in the text.
Including visual elements such as tables, pictures and figures in the text,
Visual elements such as tables, pictures and figures should have description labels (such as Picture 1, Table 1, etc.).
